  • Expedited Shipping: We offer 2-Day and Next Day shipping options at additional rates. Please note expedited deliveries do not deliver on weekends and holidays.
  • International Shipping: If you are located in Europe, Canada, or Australia, we offer free standard shipping with a purchase of $99.
Shipping Duration:
  • Orders shipped within the Lower 48 states are estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days.
  • Orders shipped internationally are estimated to arrive in 1-2 weeks.
Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time using the tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:

Returned products must be unused, in new condition, and retain the original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized items, personalized products, discounted items, or used goods cannot be returned. Please verify these details before purchasing.

  2. Ship the return item back to our warehouse. Please ensure the item is in good condition and securely packed during transit.
  3. After the return is reviewed, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping Fees:
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
